- 300 grams Groundnut or 2 bowls roasted and crushed Groundnut
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 4 tbsp Coconut powder
Instructions to make Groundnut Halva Burfi
- First of all roast Peanuts in a pan for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then let it cool down completely. Remove it skin. Crushed it in mixer jar.
- Take a pan, add milk and sugar to it. Mix it well. Carefully take some sugar syrup between your fingers if the thread doesn't break after pulling apart and form 2 string then your syrup is ready. Add crushed Groundnut to it. Add 2 tbsp ghee to it. Add 2 tbsp coconut powder to it. Mix it well. Do all these on low flame. Now apply ghee to one plate and pour mixer in it.
